A Weekend Through Pictures.

This past 3 day weekend was one where we did nothing in particular. We had no plans and we just lounged around the house, cleaned a bit and organized clothes. I can't believe I had to go school shopping for my 2 year old! But of course she didn't have any clothes that fit her from last year and so we picked out a few things that she needed for the new season. The Fall necessities; ankle boots, a couple sweaters, a scarf or two, jeans and cute tops. Scarlett is now all set for a month or two....ha ha.  We did a couple walks this weekend. Scarlett took a little time to collect some sticks and play in the park like she always does. We stopped by the Farmer's Market. There is a new one about 2 minutes from our house and we decided to make it a weekly tradition to walk there on Sundays and buy all of our produce and other tasty treats that are nearly impossible to find at the grocery stores. Oh yes, we did some grocery shopping too.

We had a small cook out on Labor Day, just the 3 of us. All this quiet time was relaxing and peaceful but by Monday, I was ready for something to do. I think it's safe to say that I love to stay busy. There are a few positive things coming my way this coming week....I've got my fingers crossed. In the mean time, Scarlett and I will spend this weekend doing fun things. Less than 3 weeks until my little baby girl goes to preschool....(yes I'm pausing so I don't cry). This subject makes me teary almost every time I talk about it.......
