Pieces & Wishes.

Last night, we were at the drive-ins watching Maleficent. Scarlett and her cousin were snuggled up in the bed of the pick up truck. Ty sat in a lay-back lawn chair next to me, holding my hand.
I put my head back and looked up into the clear night sky. Not a cloud in sight.
Stars were twinkling bright as ever.
All of a sudden, I saw just one shooting star fly overhead. Beautiful...
Immediately I closed my eyes and made a wish.

I'm not sure if I believe in luck or wishes or any of that...
But I still made that wish hard as ever. 
I always think about where I was 5 years ago.
How far I've come and how much I've grown. Smarter....kinder. More humble.
I have so much to be thankful for and I never get sick of saying it.

The last two weekends were a reminder that summer is on it's way. I've had so much fun doing all the things that make me smile.
And that's pretty much all I've done lately; laugh, smile and love.
