Maxwell is now 4 months old. He is just shy of 20 lbs and seems to get bigger every day! I seriously run out clothes for this guy on the daily. He is rolling front to back and back to front now. His laugh is even more contagious than ever. Remember how I said he was a pretty good sleeper? I was apprehensive to say so and I was right. He has been waking up every 2-3 hours all night, every night for the last couple of weeks. Eh, who needs sleep?! Right? Hopefully it's a phase. Maxwell does well eating from a bottle or nursing. We start rice and some solid foods this week. I'm sure this little roly poly boy will love it. He is overall very happy and I must say, a Mama's boy already.
Scarlett is 4 years and 5 mo old. Her imagination is wild. She is infatuated with horses and when asked what she did at school, it usually goes something like this:
"I brought my horse there and took off her saddle because she didn't want anyone to ride her. She was nervous. "
That girl has an imagination just like I did as a kid. I love that about her. She loves tomato soup, and cut up bananas. Always eating yogurt and she's pretty into applesauce too. She would drink chocolate milk 24/7 if I let her. She still hates anyone touching her hair. She says leave it crazy. Lol. She is VERY, I repeat, VERY independent. I don't know who she takes after! ;) I love those moments when she asks, "Mama, can I cuddle you?" because she is generally a Daddy's girl through and through. I suck up those cuddles when I can. These kids....drive me crazy and absorb my entire heart at the same time. Wouldn't change them for the world. XOXO
