School Days. Scarlett Starts Kindergarten.

Dress Crazy Day ^^^

This little girl started Kindergarten this Fall. After a busy summer and losing our Nanny for Maxwell, I was more than ready for school to start. I didn't really think too much about it until the day before. Or maybe it was that I just didn't have time to think about it. But as I laid out her spotted dress and horse patterned backpack, I began to feel a little nostalgic. I came over me quicker than I could realize. My baby girl was going to Kindergarten. Real school! I didn't want to think about it much because the very thought of it was too much for my Mama heart to bear. So I just closed the door and went about my evening. 

I woke up at about 5 am the next morning and was prepping a perfectly packed lunch with enough food to feed an army of Kindergarteners.....Ha. Little did I know that 3 weeks in I would be sending her to school to eat school lunches. 

I woke her up to eat a breakfast that was already warm and waiting for her on the table. I even carried her down the stairs.
